How the connection works
Step 1
You grant it
Press Connect, sign in at Gmail, and see exactly what is being asked for on Gmail's own consent screen.
Step 2
The team uses it
While a mission runs, Gmail is one of the tools available to it, and only for the work you asked for.
Step 3
You revoke it
Disconnect from the Connectors page at any time. The token is deleted and the agents lose the access immediately.

- How does ALAgents connect to Gmail?
- You press Connect on the Connectors page and sign in at Gmail. The connection uses the platform's own registered app, the token is stored encrypted against your workspace, and you can disconnect at any time.
- Can the agents act in Gmail without asking me?
- No. Anything that leaves your account, a message, a post, a code change, a payment, stops on an approval card that names the action, the target, the reason and the expected result. Reading is what happens automatically; acting is not.
- What does connecting Gmail cost?
- Connecting is free. You pay in prepaid credits only for the work an agent does, and every mission is quoted before it runs.
